Had a new windshield put in my truck here. Great service at affordable rates. Friendly staff. They take great care of your vehicle here and make sure not to damage anything when replacing glass. Definitely recommend, will bring other vehicles here for sure

Brought 2 of my work trucks here, 1 came back with a broken windshield wiper. When brought to their attention, they did not accept responsibility and turned around offering me a $30 replacement. No thanks!!!

Went to have my windshield replaced June 17. The appointment was booked and confirmed online. When I arrived they had no appointment for me. They were able to pull up the email chain and did make time for my windshield. When I picked up everything seemed fine. Sunday I went to drive in the rain only to discover the windshield wipers were reinstalled incorrectly. This caused the large blade not incorrectly installed in the driver side to overshoot the windshield and hit the pillar. When we got back to the garage to fix this we noticed that the washer fluid hose was also placed wrong and kinked and that the glass was not cleaned before they reinstalled the rearview mirror so there is dirty water marks inside, which could interfere with the camera for my heads up display. I emailed go to let them know the wiper issue on Sunday since they were closed. They emailed back Monday morning and asked me to bring in the car at my convenience but I let them know we had already fixed the wipers but also mentioned the hose and dirt. They have not responded since.Update: after leaving the review we were contacted by Go Glass. We went in and were informed a new installer was the issue due to busy summer months. They apologized and corrected the dirty glass.

Amani coordinated a rock chip repair for me just before closing on Saturday. The repair was done quickly and the defect was virtually invisible. It was the first time I had been to Go Glass and I was back on the road in less than 1/2 hour. I will be back the next time I need a repair or service.

Excellent customer service. They have replaced 3 windshields for us over the years (thanks deerfoot rocks) and they deserve 5 stars because of how they handled a difficult first replacement. They were very receptive to my feedback and did what it took to make things right. That is becoming more and more rare these days. We also leverage their unlimited chip repair program and it has saved me hundreds of dollars over the years compared to when I used to rely on the parking lot repairs.
