It’s very rare to find a place that has a 4.9 rating to match their service but Bunzy’s auto service goes above and beyond it. I called in yesterday and as they opened Andy was able to fix my car scratch quickly. He gave me the best deal in town and I am very grateful for the amazing service and hospitality. This shop embodies the values of straight forward pricing and friendly service especially during the holiday season. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

Boyfriend used them for 2 glass claims and a rear end tried to get it done about 1 and half ago they told him they'd get the glass in while in doing so they further damaged his car, trim panels are gouged due to them changing the glass and not the actual smashing of the glass on his front door. The rear door trim panel was not put back correctly, their excuse was they werwnt done with the claim.... i work in this trade as a body technician the multiple shops ive worked for would have never let a car leave like that. Now his car is potentially a write off cause they didn't want to fix the damage till parts came in... I don't think they ordered the parts as it's been a year and a half of him calling and asking them for an update, after a few calls of oh it should be showing up soon they just ghosted him he had to physically go down to talk to them. Now he has to take it somewhere else for a second opinion to hopefully save his car had they done their job in the first place we wouldn't be in this position. Poor customer service and poor workmanship. DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! They also left broken glass in the car which mpi does pay to have them properly clean it all out

Very accommodating and responsible. They did great repairs on my two vehicles. It was great to deal with Andy. He works very hard tries his best to help customers，would definitely recommend.

The friendly staff at Bunzy's Auto took care of everything for me, including pick up and delivery of my car. The entire experience of dealing with Shane and crew at Bunzy’s made the typical annoyance of car repairs easy and stress free. I was waiting for another shop to get back to me which took weeks, and within a day of contacting Bunzy’s they had parts ordered and ready to go all in a few days. I live in the South end of the city, so they brought the rental car to me. It saved over an hour of my day. I would highly recommend this company, don’t be nervous because it’s downtown, they’ll come to you!

I had some minor vehicle damage, and since it didn't affect driving, I could wait. I know Andre (and Andy) would give it priority if it required it. There are inevitably factors beyond their control when it comes to repairs and that's reality. Andre was regularly in contact with me to keep me apprised of where I was on their time line. The top notch repairs and service is worth it. I've taken cars there before and received the same quality service, and should I have need of it in the future, will return to Bunzy's.

I am so grateful that I found the best auto body shop in Winnipeg. You guys are amazing and your work went beyond expectations, my car looks like a brand new one that no one can tell it was fixed. It did not take them long to repair my car which is such a big plus to me but the work is perfect and details. Staff are so friendly and helpful and very supportive. They went above and beyond for me here at Bunzy's. Super accomodating. They finished a day earlier and even cleaned it up inside and out. The staff are also friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely use this shop again if I need body/paint work done.
