Recently went there to fix a windshield chip. Staff was extremely friendly on the phone and in person. Fair prices and got me in and out quick. Top notch!!

Nothing but good things to say about the Total Auto Glass Team. Had to leave my car with them for about a week because I was away while I got my windows tinted, but they were kind enough to store it safely for me. Fantastic care every time I called or came in, from booking to pick up. Easygoing old school but top notch service, and the price was excellent too.

Extremely reasonable prices and the staff are very helpful and friendly. My SUV is a base model and I’ve been wanting heated seats since I bought it... I contacted Chevy and they said they outsource to Total Auto Glass. I spoke to Nick and he got me in right away. Service was fast and the price was great.There wasn’t a spot to add a heated seat button on any of my consoles, so they added the button to the side of my seats. Heats up fast and feels great!Now I can enjoy driving in the winter... bring on the cold weather!!!!!

These guys are good people, we can from Brampton to sort out a issue with our panoramic sunroof. They were knowledgable, explained the problem, gave us our options at different price points, and did what we asked for at a reasonable price. Honestly speaking, they are awesome dudes. A+

Great prices and it was a pleasure dealing with Tony and Nick. My cloth seats were not in the best condition, so I contacted Total Auto and they helped me choose custom Katzkin leather with heated and cooled seats. Overall great experience, great product, and amazing service!

Had and issue with the track on my sunroof that had it stuck open. Tony said bring it in and they will see what could be done. He had his technician look at and get it to close. (took about and hour) Said they would call me later in the day or next day to let me know if they could get the part. Asked Tony how much for what they did to get it shut and he said don't worry about it, he was glad to get the sunroof in a safe position so I could safely get on with my day. That act of kindness is what gets name referrals in books. You got a vehicle glass issue then take it to this company to fix it. Honesty up front.Oh and Tony did call back with the part quote and asked if I was sitting down, my answer was I guess I don't have a sunroof anymore. The track part was 1800 from FORD so he did not recommend fixing it due to the age of the vehicle but still my decision on the end.

I don’t even know where to start with this review. If I could give 10 stars, I would!This group of employees are so dedicated to what they do and they seem to enjoy coming to work every day! Customer service is phenomenal and prices are beyond fair but most importantly, their craftsmanship is above and beyond. They always make sure that I am happy with the final outcome.I’ve so far had heated seats and leather interior installed-as a third party. I trusted them so much that I even brought a second vehicle for tinted windows and rain guards to be put on!Just to continue raving about Total, neither vehicle has had any bubbling or peeling with the tints and everything has been working perfectly since it was installed (just under two years ago so far)Tony is delightful, always a pleasure speaking to him.
